Marriage help

My story

How I got started

I’m Molly. I started my career as a teacher and felt called to nurture and support young people in their growth - not just academically, but as a whole person. When I felt called away from public education, I knew that people and relationships were most important and that I was still made to be part of their growth. The Lord led me to coaching, and I started pursuing training, education and credentials. God also continued growing my passion for marriage and intimacy during this time as I grew in my relationship with my incredible husband, Enoch.

How I got my name

Years earlier, when I was deep in my own wrestling over some big questions, God gave me insight through a dream. In this dream, He called me to stop trying to retrace my steps and figure out where I got lost, but to trust Him and follow Him the new way forward. I kept that phrase on my heart, and as I learned and grew, I kept a journal of the perspectives and truths I was learning. When I began coaching, I thought long and hard about what name I would choose. During an evening of brainstorming, the Lord brought a thought to mind. Go to your journal. I hadn’t looked at that journal in a while, and was curious to go back and reflect on all I’d learned during that time. I opened it up, and saw there on the cover page the title I had given it. New Way Forward. Coaching is all about looking ahead at where we want to be and taking steps to get there, and this pursuit has been my own new way forward.

The continuing journey

The Lord is in a constant process of refining us. Different seasons of life bring different challenges, changes, and needs. If you find yourself in a place of feeling lost, off track, stuck, weary, restless, stagnant, disappointed, disoriented, disengaged, disconnected, disenchanted, or even curious, motivated or energized - all the while knowing there is more out there for you and your marriage - please pray about what God is calling you forward into. If you think this might be a step the Lord has for you, reach out or schedule your free intro call where we can go deeper into what you desire for your marriage and what this coaching journey might be like for you. And if you do, know that I have already been praying for you, and the Lord has been preparing the way ahead of you.

My Prayer for you

(From Colossians 1) Since the day the Lord put you on my heart, I have not stopped praying for you. I pray daily that through His Spirit, He would give you wisdom and understanding of His will for you and your marriage, so that you would be fruitful in every area of your life, grow a deeper connection with each other and with God, be strengthened together to endure and grow through all life brings, and live a life filled with joy.
